All of the ice cream you try at our farm has been produced here, using milk from our pedigree dairy cows. We make our ice cream to our own special recipe, using ingredients such as locally sourced double cream. Our ice cream has won numerous awards over the years, and we love showing off how we make it on Farm Tours.
We pasteurise fresh milk from the farm three days a week to fill our milk vending machine. You can get fresh milk from our vending machine 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This milk is pasteurised: a gentle and quick heating process that kills microbes which can naturally occur in milk, making it safe to drink.
