The Micro-Dairy is our purpose built production room, filled with all the equipment we need to make our delicious ice creams and sorbets.
All our ice creams are produced here, using milk from local pedigree dairy cows. Our award winning Churchfields ice cream is created using our own special recipe, featuring ingredients such as locally sourced double cream. We love showing off how we make our artisan ice creams on Farm Tours.
You can get fresh milk from our vending machine 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our delicious milk now comes from the pedigree herd at nearby The Really Good Dairy near Upton on Severn.
