Got a query about your visit? Check out our  FAQs below:

Is the Old Barn Café dog friendly?

Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads on the ground floor of the Old Barn Café and throughout the fun farm. Any poop must be picked up immediately and disposed of in the bins provided.

Do you have accessible toilets and baby change facilities?

We have toilet facilities in the Old Barn Café and The Cow Shed. Both have baby change and accessible facilities.

Can we bring picnics?

There is a designated picnic area on the front lawn of the Old Barn Café.

Do you offer annual membership or a season ticket?

We do not currently have an annual membership as there is limited access to some of the site during winter months. However we have operated a Boomerang ticket which offers significant savings for multiple visits during the summer holidays.  Watch our social media for latest offers.

Do you cater for specific dietary needs?

Yes! Our breakfast and lunch menu have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available. We serve gluten free cake, gluten free cones for ice creams and also offer dairy free sorbets. We can cater for gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy free diets on our afternoon tea. Please note that we work on a shared counter and kitchen so although we do our best to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross contamination.

What time is food served until?

Breakfast is served from opening until 11.30am. Lunch is served 12pm-3pm. Drinks, ice creams and cakes are served all day until we close.

Do I have to book a table in the café?

Unfortunately we do not reserve tables in The Old Barn Café

Do I have to book for fun farm/bubbles and bop/seasonal events or can I just turn up and pay on the gate?

Although booking is not essential during non peak times we do recommend you book online to 100% guarantee your entry for the fun farm (and you do get a discount for booking online!) We do strongly recommend you book online for our seasonal events during school holidays such as Lambing Live, Easter Egg Trail, Pumpkin Festival, Low Noise Fireworks Festival, Christmas Experience as they can book up fast. Booking for bubbles and bop is essential as spaces are limited.

What happens if I am running late for my allotted time?

Don’t worry! Your ticket includes a full day visit until we close. The arrival time is there to give us an indication of when you will arrive, and numbers on site during any given time.

Is it possible to change my booking?

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be re-sold.

Tickets are non-transferable other than at the managers discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Are there handwashing stations available?

Handwashing stations are placed around the farm. Visitors should always wash their hands after contact with any animals, visiting animal areas and before eating and drinking.

We are currently a cashless site so only accept cards.
