Prices
The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on the Churchfields website at the time you place your order. Prices are in UK Pounds (£) Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.
Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.
Online Booking
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be re-sold.
Tickets are non-transferable other than at the managers discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Prices are correct at the time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.

The online booking system permits the customer to purchase tickets for a specific date with a specific arrival time as displayed on the ticket. Tickets which have a date that has expired will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse entry to those arriving later than their arrival time slot.
Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between you & Churchfields.
No contract exists between you and Churchfields for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.
Visiting Churchfields Fun Farm
Rules and instructions for the safety of visitors, staff and animals are clearly displayed around the Fun Farm. These rules and instructions must be adhered to. Any visitor who deliberately disregards our set rules and instructions will be asked to leave.
If a visitor breaches our Terms or other rules and instructions notified to them in relation to the Fun Farm, they may be responsible for paying reasonable compensation to Churchfields for any costs incurred by us as a result of such breach.
Activities, events and services may vary, due to the time of year, weather, ground conditions and other reasons.
Churchfields Fun Farm is a non-smoking site, including e-cigarettes.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or carer at all times and as such, parents/carers must supervise their children at all times.
Hands must be washed regularly when touching animals.
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to visitors who are behaving inappropriately, threatening staff or carrying out an illegal act. This list of reasons is non-exhaustive.
Churchfields is not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We are neither liable for any loss or damage that arises as a result of events outside of our control, for example extreme weather conditions.
Security
CCTV and cameras are operational around the site for security reasons and for the safety of visitors, staff and animals. All recordings are kept onsite for up to 30 days and then destroyed. Any CCTV footage identified as relevant to a formally reported incident may be retained for longer.
Photography and recordings
Any photographs or video recordings created by visitors at Churchfields may only be for personal use. The sale or public broadcast of photographs, digital images or video recordings for profit or for learning projects can only be done with prior written consent from Churchfields Farm.
The use of Aerial Drones, radio-controlled helicopters and UAV devices of any design and configuration is strictly prohibited.
Churchfields Farm and third parties if authorised by us, may occasionally take photographs and/or video recordings of the park premises, including the car parks and surrounding areas, which may feature visitors for use in social media and advertising. If a specific child is focused on, we ask for a photo consent form to be
filled in by the parent/carer on the day. Staff will be wearing uniform or have identification and can be identified through this.
Limitation of Liability
Churchfields total liability for in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Churchfields will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
Severance
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.
Online Security
To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit / debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
