Birthday Party FAQ’s

How do I secure my party?

Once you have read our FAQ’s please use the book now button below to pay your non-refundable deposit of £50.00. The balance is required in full 7 days before your party once you know your exact numbers. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for children that are unable to attend on the day.

When does our party food come out?

The party food will be delivered to your designated area in The Glebe Barn 30 minutes prior to the end of your booked session.

Can we spend more time at Churchfields?

Yes, of course! You are more than welcome to stay until the site closes (please refer to current opening times) However, you must vacate your designated area after your booked session.

Is the party area decorated? 

The party area isn’t decorated but you are more than welcome to bring your own. We love balloons however we do not allow wall decorations or table confetti.

When can I access the party area?

Access for the host family to the party area is 15 minutes prior to your booked session. You are welcome to leave items in this area but Churchfields cannot take responsibility or accept liability for the loss or damage to articles or possessions.

Is there a party host?

We currently do not offer a party host.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that all children are supervised at all times and at an appropriate level according to their age. If you are informed by a member of our team that they have noticed misbehavior, misuse or inadequate supervision of your party – you must take immediate action.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

You are more than welcome to bring along your own cake. Please do let us know if you would like to borrow a cake slice, napkins or serving platter prior to your party date. Please note, we are unable to provide a knife.

Can I purchase additional food for my party guests?

We offer a range of additional catering items including tea or coffee with cakes, cream teas etc or you can simply order off our menu. Please discuss any additional requirements with a member of our team. Please note that only food purchased at Churchfields can be consumed onsite.

How can I manage my booking?

Before the day, your party will be managed by our Functions Manager. If you need to amend your booking or ask us a question, big or small, please contact Carrie on 01905 964955 or email [email protected] 

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, please do let us know of any dietary requirements prior to your party date. A food order form will be provided so please indicate any requirements on this form.

I have an under 1 party guest(s), do I need to pay for them? 

If you wish for your under 1 party guest to receive a lunch bag, ice cream, free return voucher and animal food then please include them as a party guest.

Is the birthday child(ren) included in the party guest numbers?

Yes, the birthday child(ren) is included in your party numbers.
