When the holidays begin — even more to enjoy

From 18th July, the Fun Farm opens every single day until 31st August. And this summer, we’ve added even more to your ticket:

The maize maze — a Churchfields favourite for eight years — is now included in your Fun Farm ticket for the first time. No extra charge, just included.

Foam parties running daily throughout the holidays.

Book online and a FREE return visit code is sent to you automatically — use it any time before 31st August.

2025 prices held all summer holiday. Not a penny more than last year.

What’s included in your Fun Farm ticket

Every ticket includes everything below. No upgrades, no hidden extras.

  • Go karts — High-speed pedal power around the track. A firm favourite for a reason.
  • Giant bouncers — Leap, bounce, repeat. Open subject to weather conditions.
  • Tractor adventure playground — Zip wire, climbing frames, slides, tunnels and swings set around our flagship enormous tractor & trailer-themed play structure. Something for every age.
  • Pedal tractors — For the youngest farmers in the family.
  • Fairy trail — Follow the trail through the woods and fields. Little ones love hunting for what’s hidden along the way.
  • Maize maze — Eight years of getting gloriously lost. Included in your summer holiday ticket from 18th July.
  • Animal paddocks — Come and say hello. Missy the pig, Elvis the goat, and this summer, our new Highland calves are out in the paddocks too. They’re getting a lot of attention.

While you’re here

The Cow Shed Café is open throughout your visit. Hot drinks, brunch, lunch, snacks, and ice cream made right here on the farm. Our summer kids menu runs until the end of August — with prices reduced to reflect the VAT saving we’ve passed on this summer.

Find a spot, refuel, and let the children carry on.

Good to know before you visit…

When are you open? The Fun Farm is open every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) during term time, and every day during the school holidays. The Cow Shed Café is open Thursday to Monday during term time, and every day during school holidays. Check our opening times page for live availability, or book online to choose your date.

Do I need to book? We strongly recommend booking online in advance. It’s where you’ll find the best prices — including the 25% pre-holiday saving and the free return visit code during summer holidays. Walk-up tickets are available on the day subject to availability, though online savings and the free return code apply to advance online bookings only.

Are dogs welcome? Dogs are welcome at Churchfields in some areas — please keep them on a lead at all times. For full details of where dogs are and aren’t permitted, see our dog policy.

Is it suitable for all ages? There’s plenty for children of all ages, from pedal tractors for little ones to go karts and the zip wire for older children. For under-4s, our Toddler Time sessions run every Monday, Thursday and Friday during term time.

What should we wear? Churchfields is a working farm — expect uneven ground, steep, muddy paths and the occasional cowpat. Wellies or sturdy shoes are always a good idea.

Is the fairy trail pushchair friendly? The trail runs across natural ground and is not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs. A baby carrier works well for little ones. For full accessibility information across the site, visit our accessibility page.

Building works We’re in the middle of some exciting development on the farm. The main work is largely complete but some ongoing works may be visible during your visit and there may be occasional noise. We don’t anticipate this affecting your enjoyment, but wanted to be upfront about it. Thank you for your patience — we can’t wait to show you everything that’s been happening

Important stuff for grown-ups

Working together for a safe and relaxing visit to Churchfields Fairy Trail

  1. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Churchfields is a working farm with livestock in adjoining fields.
  2. You must stay on the trail and dogs are welcome but must be on a lead at all times. Please scoop any poop.
  3. The ground is uneven and there are cowpats. Brambles, stinging nettles, tree roots, fallen branches and twigs are encountered on the trail.
  4. The fields have cattle water troughs and barbed wire fences. There is a stream and pond in the fairy woods.
  5. The fairy trail is completed at your own risk. Ensure you have the proper footwear and adequate clothing before starting out. Check the weather forecast. The trail is unsuitable for wheel chairs and push chairs.
  6. Remember that you are responsible for the safety of yourself and others in your group while on the trail.
  7. Don’t forget to respect the privacy and property of others. Follow the Government’s guidance on staying safe outside your home. We advise bringing your own hand sanitiser.
  8. Do not allow your children to go ahead and separate from the group.
  9. Before you begin, agree on an emergency rendezvous point should someone become separated from your group.
  10. In the event of an accident while on the trail, do not attempt to move the casualty, please call the emergency services on 999, giving your location:

    Churchfields Farm,
