We love supporting fundraising and charities local to Churchfields where possible. Those requesting donations must be within a 5 mile radius.
If you would like to request for a Donation please put your request in writing on headed paper and send to:
Charity Donation Request, Churchfields Farm, Salwarpe, Droitwich Spa, WR90AF
Please include the following information:
- Your request must be on headed paper, please include the event name, date, official address & your charity registration number.
- Please include a stamped envelope with the registered charity address. (without this we will not be able to respond) we are unable to respond to those with a personal address.
- Please allow upto 4 weeks for us to process your request.
- We will only donate directly to organisations and charities, rather than third parties. e.g not to those holding events on behalf of.
- One donation to each organisation annually.
- Following your event, we require letter on headed paper from your organisation detailing the outcome of your fundriaisng and acknowledging our donation.
Requests sent via social media channells or email will not be responded to.
