Wheels on Wednesday

July 2, 2025 -
July 2, 2025
4pm Onwards
Join us at Churchfields Farm for our mid week meet up. This will be our second visit to this new venue which offers a fabulous setting on this historic farm. There will be a selection of food trucks serving up some delicious hot food as well as barista coffee & soft drinks. All wheels welcome!
From The Wheels on Wednesday Team:
”Churchfields Farm has been a part of the local community for generations, and the family takes pride in being good neighbours. Unfortunately, there were a few complaints from residents about speeding and unnecessary engine revving near homes. Please remember, out of respect for the venue and its neighbours, keep noise and speed to a minimum when arriving and leaving. Save the performance for the main roads – and even then, drive responsibly.
The Churchfields team thoroughly enjoyed hosting Wheels on Wednesday the f, and we loved being there. It’s a brilliant venue with great people, and we want to keep it that way. Let’s all do our bit to ensure we’re welcome back for many more meets”.
For anyone whose sat nav had trouble finding the right entrance, try using the postcode WR9 0AF or the What3Words location: ///admire.vivid.unloading.
Finally, Lee and Stuart captured some amazing moments from the evening — check out the gallery on our website:

Important stuff for grown-ups

Working together for a safe and relaxing visit to Churchfields

1. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a full paying adult at all times. Churchfields is a working farm with livestock in adjoining fields.
2. You must stay on the trail and dogs are welcome but must be on a lead at all times. Please scoop any poop.
3. The ground is uneven and there are cowpats. Brambles, stinging nettles, tree roots, fallen branches and twigs are encountered on the trail.
4. The fields have cattle water troughs and barbed wire fences. There is a stream and pond in the woods.
5. Events are completed at your own risk. Ensure you have the proper footwear and adequate clothing before starting out. Check the weather forecast. The trails may be unsuitable for wheel chairs and push chairs (all terrain pushchairs at your own risk).
6. Remember that you are responsible for the safety of yourself and others in your group while on the trail.
7. Don’t forget to respect the privacy and property of others. Follow the Government’s guidance on staying safe outside your home. We advise bringing your own hand sanitiser.
8. Do not allow your children to go ahead and separate from the group.
9. Before you begin, agree on an emergency rendezvous point should someone become separated from your group.
10. In the event of an accident while on the trail, do not attempt to move the casualty, please call the emergency services on 999, giving your location: Churchfields Farm, Salwarpe, Nr Droitwich, WR9 OAF.
