Sunset Sessions are back for summer!

After a series of sell-out evenings last year, Sunset Sessions return bigger and better than ever!

Join us for three unforgettable summer evenings, with the farm open 4pm until 9pm, delicious food, a fully stocked bar, late-night play, and fantastic live entertainment for the whole family.

Sunset Sessions – Frequently Asked Questions

What time does the event run?

The Fun Farm will be open from 4:00pm until 9:00pm.

What time does the live performance start?

The live performance will take place from 6:00pm to 7:30pm, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the Fun Farm, food, drinks and play areas before and after the show.

Do I need to book tickets in advance?

Yes. Tickets are essential and we cannot guarantee tickets will be available on the day.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

If tickets remain available, they may be purchased on the day. However, we strongly recommend booking in advance as previous Sunset Sessions have sold out.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is completely free for all event guests.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

This is an outdoor event, so please dress appropriately for the weather.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely! Children of all ages are welcome.

Is the event suitable for all ages?

Yes! Sunset Sessions are designed for families who want to enjoy a fun summer evening together.

Will the play areas be open?

Yes, the Fun Farm and play areas will remain open throughout the evening.

What entertainment is included?

Each Sunset Session includes live entertainment for the whole family.

Will food and drink be available?

Yes, a selection of food and drinks will be available to purchase throughout the evening, and the bar will be open.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No, picnics and outside food and drink are not permitted. Food and refreshments will be available to purchase on-site throughout the event.

Can I bring a blanket?

Of course! You’re welcome to bring blankets and make yourself comfortable while enjoying the entertainment.

Will there be seating available?

Yes, there is plenty of seating available around the farm.

What happens if it rains?

The event will go ahead in most weather conditions, so please come prepared for the weather. Any changes due to extreme weather will be communicated via our social media channels and email.

Can I leave and re-enter the event?

Yes, re-entry is permitted with a valid ticket or wristband.

Do adults need a ticket?

Yes, all guests attending the event require a valid ticket unless otherwise stated.

Are dogs allowed?

Only assistance dogs are permitted at the event.

Important stuff for grown-ups

Working together for a safe and relaxing visit to Churchfields

1. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a full paying adult at all times. Churchfields is a working farm with livestock in adjoining fields.
2. You must stay on the trail and dogs are welcome but must be on a lead at all times. Please scoop any poop. During events throughout the year our Dog Policy will differ, events such as Fireworks and Lambing live, Please check the description for each event carefully before bringing your four legged friends along.  
3. The ground is uneven and there are cowpats. Brambles, stinging nettles, tree roots, fallen branches and twigs are encountered on the trail.
4. The fields have cattle water troughs and barbed wire fences. There is a stream and pond in the woods.
5. Events are completed at your own risk. Ensure you have the proper footwear and adequate clothing before starting out. Check the weather forecast. The trails may be unsuitable for wheel chairs and push chairs (all terrain pushchairs at your own risk).
6. Remember that you are responsible for the safety of yourself and others in your group while on the trail.
7. Don’t forget to respect the privacy and property of others. Follow the Government’s guidance on staying safe outside your home. We advise bringing your own hand sanitiser.
8. Do not allow your children to go ahead and separate from the group.
9. Before you begin, agree on an emergency rendezvous point should someone become separated from your group.
10. In the event of an accident while on the trail, do not attempt to move the casualty, please call the emergency services on 999, giving your location: Churchfields Farm, Salwarpe, Nr Droitwich, WR9 OAF.
11. Place your litter in a bin or take it home with you.
