Join us for 3 fantastic themed sleepover weekends during the summer holidays — with live music and entertainment included as part of our late-night opening evenings.
Food is not included in your ticket but will be available to purchase on site Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 8.30am-3.30pm

LIVE EVENING ENTERTAINMENT
Our themed acts will perform between 6pm–7:30pm while the farm stays open late for both sleepover guests and the general public to enjoy.

18th–19th July – K-Pop Tribute Night
1st–2nd August – Live Music Weekend with Nicole Powell
29th–30th August – Taylor Swift Tribute Night

Spend the day enjoying the farm, then enjoy the evening entertainment before settling down under the stars.

Fresh air, family fun, music, camping memories, and a few terrible dance moves guaranteed.

SLEEPOVER DETAILS:
• Saturday arrival between 9am–11am (check-in at orchard gates)
• Fun Farm access for all the family –  Open Saturday 10am-9pm Sunday 10am-4pm

FAQ’S & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WHO IS THE BIG CHURCHFIELDS SLEEPOVER FOR?
The Big Churchfields Sleepover is designed as a family-friendly camping experience for families with children.

Please note:
• No stag or hen parties
• No same-sex adult groups
• No adult-only group bookings without children

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings that do not meet the family-friendly nature of the event.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
Unfortunately, no dogs are permitted on site.
This is because camping pitches are located adjacent to our livestock paddocks and animal areas.

HOW MANY VEHICLES CAN WE BRING?
One vehicle is permitted per pitch only due to space and safety restrictions.

ARE ELECTRIC HOOK-UPS AVAILABLE?
No electric pitches or hook-ups are available.

ARE SHOWERS AVAILABLE?
No shower facilities are provided.
Toilet facilities will be available on site throughout your stay.

CAN WE HAVE BBQS OR OPEN FIRES?
No open fires, fire pits, disposable BBQs or BBQ cooking equipment are permitted at camping pitches for safety reasons.

WHAT TIME DOES THE FUN FARM CLOSE?
The Fun Farm closes at 8pm on Saturday evening, 5pm on Sunday.

WHAT TIME IS THE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT?
Live acts and entertainment will take place between 6pm–7:30pm during our late opening evenings.

WHAT FARM ACCESS DO WE HAVE?
Guests will have full access to the Fun Farm:
• Saturday: 10am–9pm
• Sunday: 10am–5pm

PAYMENT & BOOKINGS
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your pitch.
No bookings will be confirmed without full payment.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Date changes may be considered subject to availability and are at the sole discretion of the company.

SITE CLEANLINESS & WASTE
All rubbish must be placed in the black bags provided and left for collection at the end of your stay.
We operate a strict “leave no trace” policy and ask all guests to help keep the site clean and safe for wildlife, livestock, and future visitors.

BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT
This is a family-friendly event and we expect all guests to behave respectfully at all times.

Any guests acting in a rowdy, disruptive, unsafe, or non-family-friendly manner will be asked to leave the site immediately. No refunds will be given in such circumstances.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Respect other campers and keep noise to a minimum after entertainment finishes
• Please leave pitches clean and tidy when departing
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests who fail to follow site rules

Important stuff for grown-ups

Working together for a safe and relaxing visit to Churchfields

1. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a full paying adult at all times. Churchfields is a working farm with livestock in adjoining fields.
2. You must stay on the trail and dogs are welcome but must be on a lead at all times. Please scoop any poop. During events throughout the year our Dog Policy will differ, events such as Fireworks and Lambing live, Please check the description for each event carefully before bringing your four legged friends along.  
3. The ground is uneven and there are cowpats. Brambles, stinging nettles, tree roots, fallen branches and twigs are encountered on the trail.
4. The fields have cattle water troughs and barbed wire fences. There is a stream and pond in the woods.
5. Events are completed at your own risk. Ensure you have the proper footwear and adequate clothing before starting out. Check the weather forecast. The trails may be unsuitable for wheel chairs and push chairs (all terrain pushchairs at your own risk).
6. Remember that you are responsible for the safety of yourself and others in your group while on the trail.
7. Don’t forget to respect the privacy and property of others. Follow the Government’s guidance on staying safe outside your home. We advise bringing your own hand sanitiser.
8. Do not allow your children to go ahead and separate from the group.
9. Before you begin, agree on an emergency rendezvous point should someone become separated from your group.
10. In the event of an accident while on the trail, do not attempt to move the casualty, please call the emergency services on 999, giving your location: Churchfields Farm, Salwarpe, Nr Droitwich, WR9 OAF.
11. Place your litter in a bin or take it home with you.
