Churchfields Scarecrow Competition 2026
We will be hosting our Scarecrow Competition this September with the aim of bringing class / groups / teams / families together to create something together using as much imagination as possible!
Participating students & 1 adult will get a voucher for a free visit to our Fun Farm for the weekend of the 26th and 27th September to enable them to vote for a scarecrow (usual charges apply to other family members), this will be sent via email to the details provided on this form and will be sent by 18th September.
The winning group will be awarded with a school trip to Churchfields for the whole class.
So here’s some information that you’ll need to know before entering…
- All entries should be as creative as you like (child friendly) using as many recycled products as possible
- One entry per School class/Nursery
- Creation of scarecrow must be at the school.
- To enter we need to have all registrations by the 1st September, to ensure we have enough space
- Please provide your own stake or post or ensure Scarecrow is free standing– Scarecrows must be robust no loose items and all individual components and must be firmly attached to withstand all weather conditions as they will be displayed outdoors.
- Entries must be dropped off intact, and ready to display on the 24th or 25th September.
- Scarecrows will be displayed at Churchfields from 26th – 27th September–
- The winning scarecrow will be announced on 29th September on our social media channels and your school will be notified via email.
- There will be one winner chosen by the public votes.
