Outdoor MOO'vies FAQ

What happens if it rains?

Our event is outdoors and will go ahead in the event of rain. Please check the weather forecast on the day of the screening and come prepared for the conditions.

Our team closely monitor the weather forecasts in the lead up to event and should there be any concern regarding the weather we will inform all ticket holders by email but otherwise please assume that the event will be going ahead as planned.

As Alfred Wainwright said – “There is no such thing as bad weather – just unsuitable clothing” 🙂

When can I arrive?

Advertised film times are the time the films actually start. Gates to cinema zone open 1 hour before these times.

Can I bring my dog?

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be re-sold.

Tickets are non-transferable other than at the managers discretion in exceptional circumstances.
