Trick or Treat Street
Knock, knock… who’s behind the door?
Take a wander down our very own Trick or Treat Street, where things aren’t always quite as they seem!
Our little street — complete with its own church, sweet shop, pub and mysterious houses — will be brought to life by our mischievous live characters.
Make your way along the street and knock on the doors as you go. Some might be empty… but some might have a witch waiting behind them!
Expect tricks, treats, funny frights and plenty of Halloween mischief in this immersive, family-friendly experience.
Witches’ Broomstick Academy
Calling all trainee witches and wizards — class is about to begin!
Take your place at Witches’ Broomstick Academy for a fun and interactive live show lasting approximately 10 minutes.
Our resident witches will put their newest recruits through their paces as they learn the essentials of witch and wizard training!

One ticket covers everything above — Fun Farm favourites, Trick or Treat Street, Broomstick Academy and Halloween crafts. Nothing extra to book on the day, aside from the separately-ticketed Pumpkin Patch.

3. What to wear
Much of Fang-Tastic Fun Farm takes place outdoors, and an October farm means the ground can get muddy underfoot — especially around the Maize Maze. Wellies or sturdy, weatherproof footwear are your best friend here, so come dressed for outdoor adventure rather than your Sunday best.
4. Weather
We won’t let a little rain stop the witches — the event runs in most weather conditions. For safety, individual outdoor activities may occasionally need to close due to poor weather or ground conditions.
5. Accessibility & suitability
Churchfields is a working farm, so some areas — particularly the Maize Maze and outdoor spaces — have natural, uneven terrain. Full accessibility information is on our website, and our team is happy to help you plan your visit.
This is a family-friendly Halloween experience — big on fun, little on fright, with live witches, characters and a few spooky surprises. Parents and carers know their own children best, so do use your judgement on what they’ll enjoy. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

What is Trick or Treat Street?
Take a wander down our Halloween street, complete with a church, sweet shop, pub and mysterious houses, all brought to life by our live characters. Knock on the doors as you make your way along — some may be empty, while behind others a witch might be waiting! Expect tricks, treats and plenty of Halloween mischief.
What is Witches’ Broomstick Academy?
A fun, interactive 10-minute live show where trainee witches and wizards can learn the basics of broomstick flying, practise spells with their wands and see if they have what it takes to graduate from the Academy!
Do we need to bring a broomstick or wand?
No, everything you need to take part will be provided. Just bring along your best magical skills!
Do I need to book the Halloween experiences separately?
No. Trick or Treat Street, Witches’ Broomstick Academy and our Halloween crafts are all included with your Fang-Tastic Fun Farm ticket.
Does my ticket include the Pumpkin Patch?
No. The Pumpkin Patch is a separate ticketed experience and is not included with Fang-Tastic Fun Farm admission. If you’d like to visit the Pumpkin Patch too, tickets will need to be booked separately.
Is Fang-Tastic Fun Farm scary, and is it suitable for younger children?
Not really! Fang-Tastic Fun Farm is designed to be big on fun and little on fright — think silly witches, magical mishaps and trick-or-treating rather than a scare attraction. There will be witches, spooky decorations, live characters and a few surprises along the way, so parents and carers should use their own judgement based on what their child enjoys.
Can we leave and come back later?
Yes! You’ll receive a wristband when you check in. As long as you can show your wristband when leaving and re-entering, you’re welcome to come and go as you please throughout the day.
Do adults need a ticket?
Yes. Everyone entering Fang-Tastic Fun Farm requires a valid ticket, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Can we dress up?
Absolutely! Halloween fancy dress is encouraged, so witches, wizards, ghosts and little monsters are all welcome. We just ask that costumes and footwear are practical and safe for enjoying an outdoor farm attraction and play equipment.
What should we wear?
A lot of the event takes place outdoors and, being October on a farm, mud is always a possibility! We recommend wellies or sturdy, weatherproof footwear, particularly for the Spooky Maize Maze.
What happens if it rains?

Will food and drink be available?
Yes! Food and drinks will be available to purchase during your visit, alongside plenty of Churchfields ice cream.

Yes, parking at Churchfields is completely free.

Advance booking is strongly recommended. Availability is limited and we cannot guarantee tickets will be available on the day. Our best prices can also be found online.
What if I need to change or cancel my tickets?
Online Booking
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be re-sold.
Tickets are non-transferable other than at the managers discretion in exceptional circumstances and incur a £0.50 charge per ticket.
Tickets bought online are subject to a non-refundable £0.50 booking fee. In the event of a refund this will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
